Hot mirror welding - in this type of welding, thermoplastic materials are welded together to form an indestructible joint using temperature and pressure over a period of time.
Ultrasonic welding - uses high frequency mechanical vibration with simultaneous application of pressure force, which, among other things, guarantees the transmission of vibrations from the so-called sonotrodes to the materials to be joined. The oscillation also causes relatively little heating in the area and the formation of plastic deformations.
We perform hot mirror welding on Bielomatik production equipment, currently we use 3 of these machines.
Ultrasonic welding is performed by 6 Hermann welding machines.
